You're welcome. With a market cap of $212M, how many "BILLIONS" will someone pay for a failing drug under SEC/DOJ investigation, two FDA holds, $100+M in debt and multiple failed trials?

Even at a 4x's premium, WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN but let's imagine in Fantasy Land, that would yield about $.90-1.00 per share fully diluted!!

That accounting is free! NOBODY IS BUYING THIS COMPANY with the debt it has and the drug is held hostage by the lien holders! Their debt would need to be cured before the company is sold... which means any suitor would have pony up millions of dollars ($100M+) before it got its hands on the drug and before they could invest in trials.

Yup, Nader sure did check-mate the bag holders after he made his money and skipped town.
