Silly rabbit, revs, fundamentals and good business execution is for the big boards. OTC is all hype, specualtion and beer money trading. Flippers will never let this run. NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVER!

A rs will scare the shit out of the flippers because most people view it as ALWAYS bad. They wont come back because the pps will be higher than what they can invest in. Most pink traders like seeing millions of shares in their account rather than actual value because they are all hoping to win the lottery. The only problem is that most dont have the discipline to do what it takes to win that lottery. After rs, the company could decrease a/s with plenty of room for future issuance with institutional debt financing, convertible debentures or simply go conventional banking route after they are audited and file S-1. In the meantime, the pps will fall off a bit and stabilize higher than it was before; meeting NYSE mins. With cash position flush, edgars filed and real revs the company will attract investor and disciplined traders that will hold longer because the company will most likely still be undervalued. Its a little more complicated than that but trust me, its the only move they have left to make anything real of the public company.

I agree! Wish everyone would quit talking about RS! Alex has said repeatedly that he doesn’t want to do one. Let’s get Q1 out, see the revenues, update on contracts and the PPS should start moving up. With enough momentum, the flippers will get left behind. It doesn’t take much in the OTC and sometimes it moves more on hype than actual value! Let’s get to .10-.25 range then restructure and uplist to new exchange! Heck maybe even a brand new ticker symbol while we’re at it!
