You should ask those questions directly to the CEO, instead of me since I'm just a normal SUTI investor! As I known that the Real AS size can only come from the company's registered state which is Wyoming (not Nevada) and the Real OS size can only come from the company's latest filings such as 10-Q/K!
The TA is just Passively accepting and releasing the SS data based on the company source at certain time when the company gives the permission to do so! So the TA often ends with showing the FAKE SS which is already Outdated and that should be the case here!
In another word, we should always check with the state to find out the current AS size and read the latest 10-Q/K etc. filing document to get the current OS size! The so-called TA is not the most reliable source to get the current SS!
Anyway if you still think the CEO lied the OS to the investing public in the latest 10-Q then you should report the case to the SEC for criminal investigation since that bad behavior severely violates the US security law and it is also against all the SUTI investor's interest!
