Past disclosures, 1Q due 05/15/22, that is Sunday so due on Friday. Will either file it or they will file NT. Good/Bad either way, they will file after hours. 60 million shares diluted last 4 1/2 months, not bad. Only 70 millions shares last 7 1/2.
