Yeah I’m not sure how you do that but they must think it’s good. If he’s saying it correctly “is looking to convert (reduce) 1 billion shares for hiru warrants” There’s 500k restricted shares and who has another 500k shares they could be trying to get back and give somebody warrants to buy an X amount of shares for a price later when the stock is higher I guess. Also without knowing if what they are calling the issued and outstanding share count (just under 1.75 billion is the fully diluted outstanding share obligation there’s no way to tell what they’re up to imo. Someone should ask her what is the “fully diluted outstanding” someday. There’s a difference between outstanding and fully diluted outstanding.
