I find the timing of this very interesting.
I wonder if we got back the 25 % of Now Solutions that Wade gave away.

We don't know what happened at that last hearing we had a week or two ago.

I don't know about alive and well but there are still (some) signs of life. So VCSY isn't a complete quadriplegic, at least one limb still moves.
