BUSD was launched at time people questioned USDT. BUSD is audited regularly. I don't think there is some complicated structure involving BNB, but you never know for sure. Audit would include such.


I would personally pick USDC (Circle) over BUSD and BUSD over USDT when planning to sit in cash.
