I think we can all agree that to many shares have been given out, remembering that with OTC stocks, people tend to move on.

In Jan of 2019 I bought a boat load at .007, and .003, Then unloaded all Feb 8 and 21 in 2021. This company is entirely too focused on the Lips stick and makeup it puts on for shareholders. Would expect a Reverse Split as next sort of Sales pitch at them unloading some more paper. This is an over valued Milk Toast Company at best. No Proprietary Asset, No Patent, No Fresh New Brand/Concept. Also there are a bunch of People (unrestricted well over a half billion) who regretfully bought the hype and will continue to be unloading into any opportunity possible. Especially when there are many better places to put some cash that are showing up. This will become expensive to prop up. like all the others Share Sellers Schemes before it.... PREDICTION: This will revert back to the price levels of 2019 and would be possibly fair to the Market then.
