They only have enough cash to finish the current trial. Spending that money on buybacks would be financially irresponsible.

No,BR.I didn't mean company buyback of shares(they need the funds for trials).I meant Insider buys at personal levels.That would give a good signal to shareholders that they have faith in their company. Would be a nice vote of confidence.
