Thank you for the reply and shedding some light on the crash this AM.

I was pretty upset about calling the number and sitting for 15 minutes listening to garble. Not sure why the correct info was not posted earlier today.

Can't wait for the next meeting, I'll definitely have my finger on the Sell button!

You are correct in the entirety of your post.

Disappointing that the submitted 10K has not been posted and shell status removed yet by OTCMarkets. Information in the 10K could not be talked about for reasons you stated.

Looking at the trading, it seems that one or two traders or holders wanted out and so far that is it.

Had some family issues this morning and I did not hear/see the meeting, but will get up to speed later today. I am sure I will have some thoughts.
