Or, maybe the data and story you heard from the CEO who has since been fired was simply not true. Isn't that a likely scenario instead of FDA having it our for LL?

Could have (should have) gotten 1 warp $$. Could have gotten some grant/foundation $$ for trials --even partners for trials; but the company wants no oversight--hides from transparency and honesty.
Even the new board "chair" on the cc--"so there are no more questions"--nothing like being honest w shareholders.
