If the Ostendo deal gets done, and adds about $70M in value to SYSX,

it should trade above $2.00 some time after that …

Ostendo deal adds about $70,000,000 value to SYSX:

$70,000,000 divided by say 494,000,000 shares = 0.1417 X 20 for valuation =

$2.83!

And that’s only with the Ostendo deal, but SYSX already has revenues from

Ethereum mining and their govt contracts … I think we are on to a winner!

Why did it fall from $15.00 in April 2021, to these levels??

All IMHO, of course!

Here is a quote from the May 5th business update; check doog's stickyed post to read the rest.

Our anticipated transaction with Ostendo Technologies, Inc., slated to close later this month, is just one example of a number of strategic steps we are undertaking to potentially create substantial value during this market downturn. If our common stock was to remain at these levels following the Ostendo transaction, we would be trading at far less than one-half of book value, which is likely one of the reasons that funds like Bigger Capital and District 2 have identified Sysorex as a deep value opportunity.”

Share price on May 5th was in the high $0.06's when that came out. Even if you assume a multiple of 0, in a sector with the closest competitor having a multiple of like 35, then SP should be around $0.14. That's the absolute lowest you would expect based on just the raw book value of the company itself post-deal.

Making a conservative estimate instead of a worst-case scenario, I would multiply that by between 5 and 8 based on how conservative you want to be, so between $0.70 and $1.12.

"How is calling for dollars conservative in any way?"
It's just the math, argue with a college professor, not me.

If you want to moonlight as a "too da moon" guy when we start rolling, then I'd recommend using the highest multiple SYSX actually achieved of 92 times, so $12.88 a share. The rest of us will still laugh at you for it, but at least you would have some quantitative precedent to back up your claim.
