And where/who did you hear that Cooley was done from? I think the two remaining tickers that he is doing is the last ones, he is not expecting to take any new these two

Also note, Cooleys other company had news today so he is still around and likely working on getting this deal done for SNRY, otherwise it would have been a material event and noted already
