Nope, but an electrical engineer couldn’t answer the question very easily either. I have a roof full of solar panels. The system allows me to monitor the output of each panel. Actual output is quite different from rated output and depends on the angle with respect to the sun, shade, cloud cover, season, and so on.
What are conditions on the golf course? Will the carts be parked on a hill for any length of time? What direction? Weather conditions? All of these will affect how much power can be produced by the solar roofs.
If the solar panels are rated far above the needs of the golf cart, these computations probably aren’t going to matter. But if it is close, they will.
