Let me do one more little favor to throw another bone. Like I posted before, there is ZERO chance of a $40m capital raise or Nasdaq uplist with this share structure. Zero. I'm clearly on record saying so. What is likely going to happen is UNQL gives a billion (well, getting closer to 2 billion) shares of stock to "pay" the $21m purchase price for 65% of the Asian offices. (It's THE SAME COMPANY!!!) And I absolutely agree with Ride's observation that the $1m "loan" will include some preferred shares.
I'm being sarcastic about everyone converting at once on a reverse split and 250m AS. Never happening. Trillium is making millions under the current plan. My guess is 3a Capital starts selling and converting next. Then those 3-5% owners, Lucosky, Southridge and Front Four. That's my prediction. The company WILL raise the AS soon. Plenty of naive retail to keep the sham going, even into sub-penny. The MM's are just testing the waters. Just watch. Boooooooo
