If someone has level 2- level 3 you can figure out who is selling these shares. The current share count is only 252m. 160m is owned by insiders. 40m was given to bluelife last year to extinguish a debt. Most of these shares have been sold. This could be the seller??
Hard to say but there is no doubt that shares are coming from somewhere. Is it old debt? My issue is the company should release a PR saying something about the PPS. No way in hell the price should be .01 with the balance sheet they have. It is fricking crazy
