There is low dollar volume in the OTC currently; turmoil and uncertainty in the general markets. Flight to safety vs. speculation..
With that said the business opportunity in hemp looks tremendous, the exec team looks prepared and ready to get the ball rolling. SAFE discussion and eventual passing will bring an influx of capital and investment dollars seeking quality cannibas investments.
Those inclined to trade/flip vs invest will find difficult sledding. Deep wallets can come quick and absorb everything under a penny and set off a buying frenzy. I would speculate the accolades and connections are there and this can and will run on a moments notice; however the massive run to dimes and quarters is probably off until turmoil subsided and speculative money is comfortable returning.
