Yep exactly Harley! And where's the publicly disseminated disclosure on how much monies were supposedly sent from WNBD pertaining to this almost year long pending GestureTek deal?

Eric saw fit to recently tweet that WNBD has supposedly paid out deposits as part of this whole GestureTek deal that's taking forever to even complete...but there's no filings, financials or PR's that prove that any deposits have occurred.

And if deposits did factually occur, then Eric isn't following the Reg FD regulatory requirements by reporting how much said deposits were...as anytime any pubco pays out deposit monies that's definitely considered a consequential material event that falls under Reg FD regulatory requirements.
