Here’s your answer: Held at DTC 965,459,351 05/04/2022.
If you go back and look at posts that people were showing the share structure you’ll see the held at the DTC was in the 860 million or so if I remember. This is the trade-able float total which has increased by 100 million shares or so because someone holding paper certs has converted them into trading shares. We have no idea who, why and at what price they received the shares but it looks like they got them low enough that dumping here is an option.
Someone should Twitter her and ask why the shares held at the DTC has increased by 100 million
