I agree - at the very least, it's very confusing. I think a lot of these OTCs are really bad with PR. That's been my experience anyways, and, as a result, it scares investors into thinking they're hiding a lot of things. In OTC world, that's common too, and many of them fail - in fact the vast majority I'm sure - and that's why taking profits while you can is important. That's an area I need to improve, and at least sell half on moves...
The point about the real estate deal being split with another investor and the CEO claiming 30% through partial ownership of SBQ is taken too. I'm in calculated gamble mode here - I'm holding out for the next two quarterlies to see what they reveal. My hope is that they have improved revenue to the point that people might see an upward trend and jump in for a big ride north over time. There's just no way to know for sure.
