Also if they do not get this done in time, and they get moved to Expert market. Market Makers will no longer be allowed to "Make a Market" for BLDV, and there isn't any way to get it back without going IPO I believe, which would render current shares as a firestarter for a backyard fire pit.
And as I stated before, BLDV really has a hard time with detail. Last year they posted financials with the wrong CFO and got knocked to STOP SIGN. This year they post with the wrong CEO. My god, this company can't get out of it's own way.
I used to have much faith and have absolutely zero now.
If they can't perform simple tasks like the correct names on filings, do we really think they will manage uplisting....???
