I couldn’t agree more. NASDAQ is not in the most favorable of conditions. But I believe next Monday the 16th is as long as they can wait. Not filing because your conditions are not favorable I don’t believe would be an excuse for the 5 day delay.
But who knows they may use it. (Although the last three quarters were ahead of schedule).
And if you release the 10-Q you might as well upl list to NASDAQ and send out every press release, Twitter, Facebook, and anything else release all at once.
