"this was the initial test" The "Reason for filing" section clearly indicates a retest, not "initial test" or survey..(I can enlarge the image if that is necessary) The other thing I noticed was the assumed understanding of the parameters of the W-10 testing procedures.. These procedures vary be field.. What fields do these wells reside in? Is there a variation to the procedures for these fields? I find it highly unlikely they (TRRC) would be ok with a "Just the tip, just for a second, just to see how it feels" kinda of test..

Unlike a lot of the post on here, I like yours because you explain out exactly what you are talking about, nice and clear and understandable whether I agree with them or not. LOL
