#6642 RE: MagicCap #6626

Taking a wider view, it's actually pretty telling that the scariest aspect of this company right now is that somebody sold some shares. That's the worst thing we can all collectively worry about; not dilution, not poor fundamentals or a lack of catalysts, not crippling debt, just a businessman sticking to his operating strategy. Whether he sold to free up liquidity due to rising market volatility or he just wants to ride free shares (like nearly everyone else does), I don't see these sells as proof that suddenly everything went terribly wrong all at once.

This is kind of a godsend for the negative nellies because we already addressed every other concern they brought up before. This is actually the first time on any runner that I've seen anyone even react to a 13/da. Most of the time people are too busy discussing other more pressing concerns or possibilities. I'm no psychologist, but this really does look like people who have been conditioned to worry about every detail due to the notorious unreliability of other OTC companies are now hyper-focusing on this one aspect. There really is nothing else to be concerned about, so a 13/da of all things is the talk of the board.
