Maybe their investors want that as an option for funding solar panel factory or waste to energy facilities in Australia, same as what the investors wanted as an option when they gave the company 17M and then realized it wasn't needed and canceled the reverse. Its all about what the company and investors need to do the deal. If FoxEss is their investor maybe this is what they want in place to do a stock swap, or just knowing that they are on focus for NASDAQ or NYSE.
Maybe it was to appease them for possible investment IMO

The REVERSE SPLIT has nothing to do with uplisting....

If SNPW revenues are about to explode, one might reasonably assume that SNPW's new "partners" would want some piece of ownership in SNPW.

How could that be accomplished? Seems Preferred or common share ownership would be one way to go. <imo>
