yes! you and I are well aware of how sneaky pepe la berge can be, the preferred "B" "C" and "D" share thing is a new twist, even after reading it 3 times i couldn't really wrap my head around it, (by design i'm sure), then he has dividend shenanigans, trillium and other "loans", tons of debt still owed on the recent acquisitions, but the kicker for me was the 9 BILLION SHARE A/S which i also almost missed ...this guy stinks worse than Pepe!
