what reason would they cite for uptick? a bogus one would not give much uptick. this company may save itself by stellar 1q earnings, give those free shares back to the company that they have accumulated for doing nothing and unrv should buyback shares that are selling at rock bottom.. being on otc, they can buyback without disclosing.
