I guess a CEO can hide around this. However, and I’m not a lawyer and I’m not speaking about Nasrat, I do think a CEO can screw him or herself by using safe harbor to Bs people. All you need is an email or someone to say they knew different. Or a pattern like we will be on the Nasdaq soon ( again, just an example, not speaking about Elite ) and you see where it’s a potential issue
