I think you are right, Faith. It could be more than 4x if the news is big enough, and I think there is gigantic news in the pipeline and lots of it by this time, then the share price will surpass 4x. Not sure who is doing all the selling right now, but it must be dilution. If that is the case, as I expect, it is a good thing. KBLB debt is being paid off. Also, this is a phenomenal time to buy shares. GO KBLB!
