Yes, and THAT is the time one buys, when there is a disconnect between the market value & the share price.

While the broader market doesn't see this disconnect, some here do. Eventually, with a little luck, the broader market will as well.

Or are you saying the share price ALWAYS reflects the true value of a company? That there is no other reason a stock price moves than to accurately reflect that value? There are no technically underpriced or overpriced shares b/c the market always prices shares accurately?
