I would agree that they are planning, but would be hard to see them making any substantial announcements without some other proof point of revenue generation to make the structural change sustainable. The quarterly may provide some better insight on this and I think they really need to get through Q3 before they can possibly project much - barring another major deal being announced.
The 0.10 share price reflects close to $3M in monthly revs to support that price, which is some serious growth in the next couple of quarters... It's not impossible, but also not probable with what we know today. I could see them making the uplist by end of 2023, so foreshadowing now might be premature. Though making the announcement now and delivering on that plan could result in more controlled share price appreciation. Should be entertaining for sure...
