Sure is...they only r/s when their forced to which will be near the end of the 2nd 180 days that they are price deficient. YEP - it is then that they MUST r/s (or accept a lowball BO offer by say MDT in lieu of)
Why wouldn't these bums all want to get paid for an add'l 2 full qtrs ? They have an ext all but formally approved IMO.
* When news hits of them getting more time to become compliant, watch PPS hit low 30 cent range. I might buy some then in hopes my time in this POS is limited to a 75% decline over 8-9 YEARS of lies, deception, and empty promises.
