Wrong buddy, you worded it incorrectly, yes share will hit the float at some point, but they won't hit 45-90 days after the merger is completed, but they can only sell so much every 30 days and I believe it is 4.99% of their entire holdings for each share holder. So one could sell 4.99% and another insider could sell his 4.99% of his or her entire holdings the next day.
