"Ticker stolen through fraud by custodianship". That is not true. A Michigan court appointed a Receiver due to complaints by the company's creditors. Please look up the legal definition of a Receiver and their function.

I do not think Angela Collette did a very good job as Receiver, but that is another story.

I remember the first time I found this happening. It was many years ago when I first started watching the scams on OTC.

It's amazing that something can't be done about it.
