My girlfriend really wants to get a boxer dog, but I think they're one of the worst dogs to get cancer wise. I believe a 20 year study showed almost 50% of boxers got some kind of cancer. In all fairness a lot of dogs can get cancer especially as they get older it seems, but boxers are definitely known for it. I jad a friend that had 3 boxers, two young and one old and they all died within 6 months of each other from cancer.
