Your eagerness to make AVID out to be a second-class company caused you to, again, miss the point. You said
You have no idea what happened. You have no idea if anyone else, or how many, could not deliver, or why. Any other non-deliver could have been settled and no notice filed. You have no idea who else didn't. We, luckily, found this notice buried in a filing. So our knowledge is only about this issue between CDMO and HGEN and it is a very thin description at that. None of us know how the contract was written. It has nothing to do with all of the other HGEN suppliers. What is your issue with this high-quality (imho) cdmo company, or are you just trying to pull people's strings for a reaction?
By the way, I have 10x the number of shares of HGEN as I have left of CDMO. I root for both of them. So, I don't think I'm jaded.
Right, we don't know who is at fault yet you just assumed it is clearly AVID. The bigger picture is CDMO is expanding facilities to be able to diversifying so they aren't dependent on a small number of clients.
