Yep LCYB acquired the plant, land, all the IP, patents, trademarks, trade name and everything else of value.
However LCYB DID NOT buy the shares of BioAmber or the corp itself.
So LCYB was what supposed to have acquired the shares in 2019 but they didn’t tell the owners of the shares, the courts, the monitor, the creditors, SEC or the rest of the public? In the end the shares are and will remain worthless and nothing will be coming to anyone holding BioAmber shares who is not part of the class action suit.
