I suspect ITOX may again delay the quarterly filing. The financials should be simple with little, if any, revenue to report and little expense with one full time and one part time employee, but ITOX always seems to find some excuse to delay. Cliff either doesn’t want to face the music or doesn’t have the funds to pay the auditors.
