Why vould someone do this "On March 29, 2022, we sold 869,565 shares of restricted Common Stock to Hidemi Arasaki, Japanese Citizen, at a price of $0.20 per share of Common Stock. The total subscription amount paid by Hidemi Arasaki was approximately $173,913. Hidemi Arasaki is not a related party to the Company."
