Sadly true. This company even screwed up the original paperwork for vote for shareholders to allow NH to convert to Common. I do know another CEO who only takes shares for salary. Owns a major EV company. Nobody is calling for his resignation now that the shares have plummeted. Wonder where it would be trading if he suddenly resigned. Eh?
