Edsel was not a stand alone product and didn't come to market until well after Ford was extremely successful. An Edsel today for ones who own one are worth a great deal of money since there are not many around and whomever had the fortune of playing with Mickey Mantle in any capacity undoubtedly produced better results even if only in marginal ways.
