Not true. As I understand it, his lawyer didn’t show up (Supposedly due to an emergency). Amazing how the details are changed. The court case hasn’t ended, it’s not been decided by a judge. It’s PENDING.

It is how some "facts' change. Odd thing, pretty sure, facts are facts, not wishes, hopes or dreams.

Since the case is PENDING.... I will wait until JUNE to see the outcome.
