So I reached out to what I saw was one of the sponsors of the micro planet conference they just had. I'm familiar with this organization and have Offered other suggestions in the past. I had a online chat from their website and this is the highlights of their responses. I only posted a couple of my Responses but you can get where the conversation went.... And why they think it's having trouble. It's actually counter tuitive To what we all think they SHOULDNT be doing.
In looking at them their 1st suggestion was their share structure was way too high to be considered seriously.

A reverse split should be suggested. Only then would I think they are taking shareholder value seriously
I responded: They have already cut AS from 5B to 2.5B ,think they're looking at 300 million in the short term for cancelation. I think lowering the AS Is one of many steps there doing to Garner faith

If they do that with a 1:20 reverse, that is a good start.
I followed up, that has been Been ill advised since most OTC reverse splits are seen as 1st steps to dilution and It intends to crash the price

right, they have a long road ahead of them. I honestly don't think any serious investor is going to look at that company.
They will never command a strong investor unless they take that first step. The biz might be great. We'd really have to take a deeper dive here.
