Almost like - he doesn't think Sunshine is a scam and doesn't want to trash the company.

He doxxed the Opti CEO with his personal number. I thought that was pretty bad and he did delete the Tweet.

You'll have to figure out how he had 1/5 of the float but didn't own more than 5% of the company at any given time one day...

Until then I'll assume the deal is more nuanced and you're misunderstanding "par value".
