Correct OS maxed out! They can only dilute a couple million shares max and that won’t do anything! AS can’t be raised now insiders and institutions own 40% with voting rights and they would have to approve an AS raise, even if they did would take 6 months!! (They won’t) $10 a share is a possible PP the next couple months!!
