There will be two separation of powers cases in the District Courts within the 5th Circuit and the Rop case is currently pending in the District Court in the 6th Circuit with a June Hearing Date.

Waiting for the Bhatti Court to decide what to do on the Separation of Powers issues.

Familymang - does this match you understanding. Guido - has Brydon Fisher considered how the All American case may be material to a potential Cert Petition for the DC Circuit Ct of Appeals decision since they relied on the 5th Circuit for the Separation of Powers analysis in the DC Circuit decision.

Also - is there any judge mentioned for the hearing tomorrow?
