Company is filing their YE financials 2 months early because latest financials need to be filed before name and symbol changes can be approved ....so merely a process IMO

Assume management wants to get rid of past name and history..
so easy process to change.

THEY are not merging in any companies; they have acquired product lines by what LOI's state.

Stated they will use restricted PFD shares to acquire product lines.


Can ASSUME generate sales thereafter :-)
