Just shows you how little people know. It could have been Snow's selling into $0.15's that triggered this. Or, if they saw the filing (which I highly doubt), they probably didn't know what to look for. I mean, you don't know it's about the preferred shares unless you read this forum. Perhaps someone thought they just authorized 700M shares (to be issued).
