Not sure what's next. I think they have to tell us soon (next few days, or next week) what series preferred shares they are issuing, whether they can be redeemed etc, possibly what rights are attached to it. We could actually get a press release this time.
Right now it looks like the the distribution is worth < 25% but that can still change. So we don't know yet when the ex-date will be.
And if we hear nothing from the company, we should see the dividend appear on the FINRA daily list (soon)
