Like what was mentioned before-- this dude cannot hit a timeline to save his life and I can't imagine someone as established as Peter Smith (Blockchain) actually allowing this to happen.

I believe his news in May will be about CBD v2 being released (he's already missed that deadline as well) and not about NFTM or filing with OTCM

Florida SOS still has this as EdgeMode, btw
